A practical approach to addiction recovery. Join our weekly meetings focused on real progress, authentic vulnerability, and genuine community connection.
We practice actual vulnerability, not just talking about it. The more you put in, the more you get out.
We focus on the recent past and near future. No life story analysis - just practical progress.
We encourage side conversations, exchanging contact info, and building actual friendships.
Share what brings you here tonight and how this past week has been for your mental health and recovery. We focus on recent experiences, not your whole life story.
Open dialogue about topics that emerge from check-ins. Real conversations about real challenges and successes. No cross-talk during shares.
Practical exercises like sending gratitude texts, writing pros/cons lists, or vulnerability practice. We actually DO things, not just talk about them.
Closing reflections and opportunities to exchange contact info. Building real connections for ongoing support throughout the week.
You don't need to prepare anything or have any specific experience. Just show up and participate as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Camera and microphone are completely optional. Many people join with just audio, and some prefer to listen without speaking at all - that's totally fine.
We encourage vulnerability and authentic sharing, but you're never required to share more than you want to. You can always just say "I'm here to listen tonight."
The more you put into the recovery process, the more you'll get out of it. But we meet you wherever you are in your journey.
No commitment required. Drop in when you can, leave when you need to. We're here every Wednesday at 7 PM Pacific.
